Sky is clearing.....Need some sunshine

Hello Everyone,

Well, the weather sounds like it might be calming down a bit.  It seems that possibly later in the week they might be able to start climbing again.  According to another blog I have been following there are about 8-10 other groups that are held up at 14200ft.  They are all being patient and waiting out the weather.  Some groups have been practicing certain techniques that are needed for climbing on the fix ropes portion which is coming up in the next leg of the trip.  So pray for sunshine to settle the snow so this adventure can get rolling again....check back daily!!

In a previous blog I talked about toilets that were at 14200 ft.  Here i thought that it might be some type of enclosed porta-potty....boy was i wrong.  This porta potty is right out in the open for everyone know your business.  Anyone think you could use the porta potty?  I know I would be a little shy.  LOL.  Thanks Linda for the picture!!
